Juj Living is an online home goods store supplying various products to clients for online purchase.
Any person who orders any products from this website needs to agree to the following terms and conditions:

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email and courier tracking.

Export limitations:

The offering on this website is available outside of South African, however minimum order requirements will be applicable.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Juj Living is subject to availability.
Stocks are limited and stock levels reflected for customers prior to placing ay purchase orders.
Strict no refunds / exchanges of any Juj Living product are currently allowed.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% administration fee.

Customer Privacy policy

Juj Living shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: Polity.

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Juj Living bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Juj Living via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to Payfast to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Juj Living separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

Juj Living takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Vape Africa chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, in relation to Juj Living.

Variation

Juj Living may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Returns Policy


General

Regrettably and respectfully as per the nature and size of our small enterprise, no returns or exchanges on any and all products from Juj Living’s website and online store are permitted at this time. Subject to change in the future.
1.1.1 applies to customers who have purchased item(s) through the Juj Living (Pty) Ltd website
1.1.2 forms an integral part of the Juj Living (Pty) Ltd Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (hereafter referred to as “CPA”) and / or any other applicable law, all item(s) sold to the Customer shall be regarded as having been sold as is, without warranty against latent defects; see point 3.

Incorrect Goods delivered

2.1 The onus rests on the customer to ensure that the item(s) ordered are accurate and appropriate for their intended use and / or purpose.
2.2 In the event that incorrect item(s) are delivered to the customer, the customer should notify Juj Living (Pty) Ltd via e-mail to shop@jujliving.com of the error. The customer must not remove the item(s) from their packaging or use the item(s) in any way.
2.3 Juj Living (Pty) Ltd shall arrange the collection of the incorrectly supplied item(s) from the customer and shall deliver the correct item(s) (as initially ordered by the customer) to the customer as soon as possible.
2.4 Juj Living (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages of any nature whatsoever, due to late or delayed deliveries of the item(s) ordered by the customer.

Goods damaged on delivery

Should item(s) be damaged or missing any relevant components at the time of delivery / collection, the customer must please notify Juj Living (Pty) Ltd within 48 hours of such delivery / collection. Juj Living (Pty) Ltd will arrange to collect the item(s) from the customer at no charge, where the item(s) was originally ordered for delivery. Once Juj Living (Pty) Ltd has inspected the item(s) and are able to validate the damage, Juj Living (Pty) Ltd will replace the item(s) as soon as possible or provide the customer with a credit note to the value of the original full purchase price of the item(s) including shipping, where applicable.
